We proudly serve clients in the greater Austin area and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for projects outside this region. Virtual consultations and services are also available for both design and organizing, making it easy to work together no matter where you live.

That’s perfectly okay. During your consultation, we’ll have an open conversation about your goals, priorities, and help you establish a budget if you don’t already have one. The goal is to set a clear path forward that feels comfortable and realistic to you.

How does payment work?

A consultation fee is collected at booking and will be applied to your project should you choose to move forward. For the design and sourcing phase, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due before you receive your final deliverables. Styling/organizing days are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. The minimum is paid in advance to secure your day, and any remaining balance is settled upon completion.

Do I need to be home during design/organizing day?

Yes, your presence is the most important! Because organization and design are deeply personal, we want to understand how you move through your space and what is most natural for you. Being present allows us to shape systems and layouts that truly support your lifestyle; ensuring the finished space feels functional, comfortable, and distinctly yours.

I don’t like my concept, design, or a product you chose. Can you change this?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every design or sourcing package includes up to two complimentary revisions in total, whether that’s adjusting a concept, revising a design plan, or swapping product selections. If additional revisions are needed beyond that, they are billed at $125 per hour. This keeps the process collaborative and flexible, while ensuring we stay focused on bringing your project to life smoothly.
